Neoprene wetsuits (shorties)

Comfortable diving starts with the right wetsuit.
Whether you get cold quickly or are “well insulated”: with the right protection, you can enjoy every dive longer, more relaxed, and more comfortably.

For the warm, tropical waters of Curaçao (year-round between 26 and 30 °C), we offer comfortable 3 mm Mares Rover neoprene wetsuits, available in 9 sizes (1–9). This way, we can provide almost every diver with a well-fitting suit.
For our youngest divers, we also have 2 mm Cressi wetsuits in children's sizes: XS/1, S/2, M/3, and XL/4.

💡 A quick neoprene lesson
Neoprene is a synthetic rubber that is now mainly produced in Asia, especially in Vietnam. It keeps you warm because a thin layer of water remains between your skin and the suit. Your body heats this water, and since the suit fits snugly, new cold water doesn’t constantly flow past your skin.
That’s why fit is at least as important as thickness.
And yes — to be fair: divers with a bit of extra “bioprene” sometimes need just a little less neoprene 😉.

Do you rarely get cold? Then a rashguard with swim shorts — available in our shop — is a light and comfortable option, especially during the warmest months.
If you tend to get chilly underwater, we also offer a few long wetsuits in the cooler months, particularly in smaller women’s sizes.

Our team is happy to advise you on choosing the right protection. Of course, we can also order wetsuits from Mares, Cressi, or Waterproof through our partners, so you’ll always enter the water optimally dressed, protected, and comfortable.

✨ Because the more comfortable you feel underwater, the better the dive.
