Porto Mari Hall of Fame

The Porto Mari Hall of Fame is a place for the people who have invested a piece of their time, energy and heart in our dive center. Team members come and go, but everyone who has worked here remains part of our history. Together we have created memories, guided and trained divers, and shared the reef with thousands of others.

On this page we honor the people who helped build what Porto Mari Dive Center is today. Some came for an internship, others for a season, and some stayed longer than they ever expected. But all of them left their mark — in the team, on the reef, and in the stories we continue to tell.

Working in the dive world often means moving on and exploring new places. Many of the people on this page have since spread across the world: to other islands, new dive centers, or even entirely different careers. Yet they all remain a little bit part of Porto Mari. Our extended family — forever part of our story.

Lyanca leads this list — she simply keeps coming back and remains closely connected to Porto Mari. Joost, an honorary member of our dive center and a driving force in its post-COVID recovery, closes the list as its final honorary entry.

This Hall of Fame continues to grow. It takes time to dive back into the years and bring together all the stories and faces. Together, we have made history — and step by step, we try to capture it here as well.
